Day 14 - Saigon to Siem Reap

This morning we visited Ben Thanh market to do some last minute shopping, although we weren't in need of any pig ears.

Then we wandered around District 1 in search of Bahn Mi (Vietnamese sandwiches).

Here we are at the opera house.

Around midday, we boarded a flight and arrived in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

We ventured out to Pub Street, the main tourist drag of the small city that is 100% focused on serving tourists visiting Angkor, for dinner. We broke down and had pizza (which actually was quite good) because we needed a break from all the Asian food.

We went to bed early to rest up for Angkor the next day.
